Who we are

The Whisper (tellwhisper.shop) is run by Mouhyiddine El Himer, Immeuble 5, Appartement 8, Avenue Oued Ziz, Agdal, Rabat, Morocco. Contact: support@tellwhisper.shop.

What we collect and why

  • Orders: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone (optional), items ordered. Used to make, ship and support your order, and kept for 10 years for accounting obligations.
  • Payments: handled by PayPal (PayPal account or debit/credit card). We never see or store your full card number.
  • Contact form and emails: name, email and your message, to answer you. Kept up to 3 years after our last exchange.
  • Newsletter (only if you sign up): your email, to send you news about The Whisper. Unsubscribe from any email.
  • Site statistics: pages visited, device and approximate location, through Google Analytics (cookies set on your visit) and WP Statistics (no cookies). Kept up to 14 months. You can block Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
  • Wishlist: a cookie remembers the tees you saved.

Who receives your data

  • Printful, which prints and ships your tee (name, address, phone, items).
  • PayPal, which processes your payment.
  • Hostinger, which hosts the site and our emails.
  • Google, for site statistics, if you accepted cookies.

Some of these companies are based in the United States or the European Union. For customers in the European Union, transfers are covered by the safeguards required by EU law (standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). We never sell your data.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep your cart and checkout working. Google Analytics sets statistics cookies when you visit. Other optional cookies wait for your choice in the cookie banner, which you can change at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to its use, by writing to support@tellwhisper.shop. We answer within one month. We process data in line with Moroccan law 09-08 and, for customers in the European Union, the GDPR. You can file a complaint with the CNDP in Morocco (cndp.ma) or with the data protection authority of your EU country.
