Our tees are printed on demand after you order. Colors on screen may differ slightly from the real product.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Import duties or taxes charged by your country on delivery, if any, are not included. Payment is taken by PayPal (PayPal account or card) when you place your order.

Orders

Your order is confirmed by email. We may cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error or suspected fraud, with a full refund.

Delivery

Production and delivery times are listed on our Shipping & Returns page. They are estimates. If your order hasn’t arrived 30 days after the estimated date, contact us and we will reship or refund it.

Returns and right of withdrawal

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Email support@tellwhisper.shop with your order number. Return the item unworn and unwashed within 14 days of telling us. Return shipping is on you. We refund the price of the item within 14 days of receiving it, using your original payment method.

Legal guarantees

Our products are covered by the legal guarantees that apply in your country, including, for customers in the European Union, the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. Misprinted or damaged items reported within 30 days of delivery are replaced or refunded at no cost to you.

Disputes

Contact us first: most issues are solved by email. These terms are governed by Moroccan law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
